NEVERDREAM was founded in 2000 in Rome /Current Members: (Giorgio Massimi singer, Giuseppe Marinelli -guitar, Federico Criscimanni - bass, Mauro Neri - keyboard, Gabriele Palmieri drums). From the Start, the bands wrote it s first songs in a quest for a personal style.
In April 2005, the band starts recording Rain of Sorrow in their Dream Studios
inspired by the idea of producing a concept album, based on the true story of Christiane F. and the children of the Berlin zoo
The album named: Chemical Faith/Christiane F 2007 brings works for a new album, also a concept, this time of; The Chernobyl Crisis, (the explosion of the Bielorussan nuclear plant that provoked enormous damages internationally.
The album is realized here in 2008, entitled SOULS 26 APRIL 1986 : 8 songs of aggressive melancholy and intense.
This new offering was recorded in Controfase Studios by Vittori Marchetti (September 07-January 08) Mixed and Mastered at INDISCREET AUDIO STUDIOS, by Achim Köhler. Well known for his work Primal Fear, Nevermore and Sodom.

Nobodies is a Norwegian band made up of five guys releasing their debut record Oh Yes, There will be Blood… The album holds nine straightforward rock & roll songs. It is very clear that these guys get inspired by bands as Motörhead, AC/DC, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Dokken etc.
The lyrics are also much straightforward with none of the ideological/political/philosophical themes about anything. They deal only with pussy (women), drinking and partying in general. It is in no sense a special or remarkable release, it is not even original either, yet it was not their attention as they only want to entertain and have fun. Keeping that in mind, I think that this album can be viewed as a success. Best song, and also the funniest one, is the one called “Swedish Girls” which is kind of an ode to the most beautiful ladies on the planet.
Here in Scandinavia we all dig Swedish girls and after you’ve heard this song you’ll know why. If you’re into a mix of hard and sweaty rock n roll as played in the 80s then I’m sure you’ll enjoy this CD as much as I did, but please promise not to dig too deep into the lyrics or cover artwork, you’ll get disappointed.

Shortly thereafter, Noisehunter recorded a demo at the well known Dierks Studios and finally signed a record deal with GAMA-Records. - Band finally disbanded in 1997 after having experienced the loss and replacement of Erwin Perle and Mathias Nicklas. Hanny Vasiliadis was also replaced by a promising younger act as vocalist and concentrated solely on guitar efforts. This new line-up created a number of demos not mentioned below. Andre Hilgers, Rage, Axxis, Empire, others, played also at some point in time in this band.

Reborn
Northern Kings can without a doubt be called an all-star line-up of Finnish metal.
The group is not an ordinary band, but a league of four vocalists, who are all frontmen of successful heavy metal bands. They wanted to create something special together and came up with an idea of arranging 80’s classics to heavy metal versions - to which all the four vocalists could contribute. The Northern Kings are Marco Hietala (Nightwish), Tony Kakko (Sonata Arctica), JP Leppäluoto (Charon) and J Ahola (Teräsbetoni).
The tracks on the debut album “Reborn”, Finnish release scheduled to October 31, include legendary pieces such as “I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight” by Cutting Crew, “In The Air Tonight” by Phil Collins, “Brothers In Arms” by Dire Straits and “Sledgehammer” by Peter Gabriel. The arrangements and styles vary from doom-esque gothic metal to faster-beating heavy metal, such as introduced by Nightwish, Sonata Arctica and alike.

Talk about a CD with postponed release date, almost competing with Guns 'N Roses "Chinese Democracy"! The big difference is however that this one was really worth waiting for! His last solo album "Optimus" was more in the same vein as Europe's reunion-platter with detuned riffs and a more modern approach, but with “PYB” John shows his love for the seventies, both in his own songs and in his interpretations of Frank Marino's "Ditch Queen", Mountain's "Travellin' In The Dark" and Thin Lizzy's outstanding "It's Only Money". For example in "Ditch Queen" he sounds very much like Frank both in his vocals approach and in his lead guitar playing. The opening track of the album, "Let It Shine", also could have been penned by said Marino with its heavy and slightly funky verse riff. Hats off to a first-rate craft and a great solo shot by John Norum.

This time, the ten songs were produced, composed and played by Mr. Peter Wichers, well-known as one of the founding members of SOILWORK (even though he is not with the band anymore).
