MP3: Debut album by Swedish hard rock act formed in 1985 as DIZZINESS. POLE POSITION released their self-titled debut following an impression made by their demo tapes on Radio One's 'Friday Rock Show' host Tommy Vance who was often playing the song 'Call' on this show. In 1995 the band's vocalist Jonas Blum got as far as the final on a Swedish TV celebrity impersonation show imitating GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose! Second album "Bigger" was released in early 1998 and POLE POSITION disbanded.
