QUANTITY ITEM DESCRIPTION PRICE SUBTOTAL OUTLOUD - More Catastrophe Since the next regular studio album won’t be out before early next year OUTLOUD bridge the time gap with a new 6-track-EP. Even though the most songs were written and recorded during the sessions for the last studio effort “Love Catastrophe” they sound different. The heavily galloping opener “Saints On Fire” is one of the fastest songs OUTLOUD have ever done. “Cross The Line” is another fast-paced track with great guitar-playing and a very strong chorus. “Mr. Long Gone” rocks fast and furious on a thunderous drumbeat by Mark Cross. “Last Days Of December” is a melancholic ballad that lives on some beautiful keyboards and Chandler Mogel’s emotional vocals. Even though it’s a Christmas song it doesn’t sound like another typical ‘jingle bells’ track. The Flamenco of “Falling Rain” is a true experiment. Driven by acoustic guitars and percussions the song delivers a surprising Latino atmosphere that is just great! “We Run” is a song that originally appeared as a stormy rocker on the band’s debut, “We Rock You To Hell And Back Again”. For “More Catastrophe” the band re-arranged it and turned it into a sensational piano-ballad. Singer Chandler Mogel does a great job on again as his clear and emotional voice is tailor-made for songs like that.
