Over the last 25 years Bob Catley has established a reputation as one of Britain's top vocalists with his work in MAGNUM and more recently as a solo artist.
Tony O’Hora’s name came to prominence when he joined the british melodic metal band PRAYING MANTIS in 1998 for the recording of one of their most successful and critically acclaimed albums ever entitled “Forever In Time”.
Tony got ample recognition for his vocal abilities since his vocals were praised by the whole press that spoke of “clear, soaring and downright heavenly vocals” (Powerplay Magazine, UK) and “the best new vocal talent heard this year” (Hard Roxx Magazine, UK).
His stint with PRAYING MANTIS lasted for another album, the masterpiece “Nowhere To Hide” where his voice represented the perfect match for the MAGNUM-influenced sound of the album. He also performed with the band at the GODS 2000 festival in Wigan, UK.
After PRAYING MANTIS, Tony started teaching in a Music College in Birmingham taking the challenge of teaching young musicians, engineers and kids who want to be involved with entertainment and at the same time he toured and became a permanent member of Andy Scott’s SWEET, which he just recently left.
During the year 2005 he started to exchange musical ideas with guitar wizard and producer Magnus Karlsson (STARBREAKER, LAST TRIBE, ALLEN / LANDE) upon suggestion of Frontiers Records President, Serafino Perugino. The two musicians liked each other and hence they went on exchanging music and vocals over the internet.
The final result, Tony O’Hora’s debut album “Escape Into The Sun” is the perfect continuation of PRAYING MANTIS after “Nowhere To Hide”, with hints of the classic Hard Rock sound that Magnus has been contributing to bands and albums like LAST TRIBE and ALLEN / LANDE. A rich and varied sound with beautiful songs and a memorable vocal performance makes this album a true enrichment for every rock fan !

Nuclear Winter
Orion’s Reign was born as an idea back in 2001 but it actually took flesh and blood in the late 2005 in the central Greek city of Athens. With that incarnation, formed without a singer, the band explored instrumental paths and produced two promo CDs (‘Steel horizon’ and ‘The Guiding Light’) which found remarkable acceptance and gained the interest of both metal fans and the press. The group entered a competition for the Greek Heavy Metal and Metal Hammer Magazine and won a place on their upcoming CD “The Hellenic Assault” with the song “Steel Horizons”.
In 2006 a page is turned in the band’s music approach to a more neoclassic–epic–power path and Yiannis joins the band as a lead singer. Shortly after the bands enters Fragile studios to record a 6-track EP, titled Beyond Eternity, including some songs from the upcoming full length release and a few other among them a Christmas cover of the song “The First Noel”. By the end of 2008 the band’s formation and the material receives extremely positive feedback as it has been sent to record labels, magazines all around the world, radio and tv stations. “The first Noel” is requested by a Greek Rock Radio station to be used as background music to its advertisement and it is also included in a Christmas compilation CD which cuts more than 5000 copies.
Beyond Eternity it was just a flavour of what was to follow and the band enters the studio once again like in trance to record with no rest the full length album. The recordings are completed by 2009 and CD is sent once again to label companies and magazines receiving flattering reviews (like the German Metal Hammer article which groups it in the most promising releases of the year, referring to the band as the power metal version of iron maiden and Yiannis as Dickinson’s Cousin.) By the end of 2009 beggining of 2010 Orion’s Reign come to an agreement With Rock It Up Records/ Ice Warrior Records and both parties finally sign a covenant and the collaboration begins. During January to March 2010 the band enters the studio again to record 5 brand new tracks, which are to be included in the Ice Warrior Deluxe Limited Edition Version on this release as bonus material. The Cd is entitled The Nuclear Winter considering 16 tracks and many guest appearances of bands like (Firewind, T.Ziras, Fragile Vastness, W.E.B. and more), planned to be of record store shelves worldwide in late April 2010.

Outland were a sensational AOR duo from the US courtesy of Jeff Prentice and Rob Nishida which released two sensational albums ("Different Worlds", 2002 and "Long Way Home", 2004) which still stands as 2 real melodic rock gems of the new millenium. A third album was in the pipeline for their Japanese label Marquee / Avalon with a slightly harder edged guitar sound, but due to their busy family / personal schedules things got on hold for a long time. OUTLOUD’s debut, „We Rock You To Hell And Back Again“, cause a great stir. Since the next regular studio album won’t be out before early next year OUTLOUD bridge the time gap with a new 6-track-EP. Even though the most songs were written and recorded during the sessions for the last studio effort “Love Catastrophe” they sound different. The heavily galloping opener “Saints On Fire” is one of the fastest songs OUTLOUD have ever done. “Cross The Line” is another fast-paced track with great guitar-playing and a very strong chorus. “Mr. Long Gone” rocks fast and furious on a thunderous drumbeat by Mark Cross. “Last Days Of December” is a melancholic ballad that lives on some beautiful keyboards and Chandler Mogel’s emotional vocals. Even though it’s a Christmas song it doesn’t sound like another typical ‘jingle bells’ track. The Flamenco of “Falling Rain” is a true experiment. Driven by acoustic guitars and percussions the song delivers a surprising Latino atmosphere that is just great! “We Run” is a song that originally appeared as a stormy rocker on the band’s debut, “We Rock You To Hell And Back Again”. For “More Catastrophe” the band re-arranged it and turned it into a sensational piano-ballad. Singer Chandler Mogel does a great job on again as his clear and emotional voice is tailor-made for songs like that. Break Away
There is no doubt about it that Steve Overland is one of the best European melodic rock crooners past and present and he has proved with THE LADDER and his contribution to the VOICES OF ROCK project that his voice is still top notch. Most of the melodic rock fans would love to see a new FM album or at least a FM flavoured solo album, but I’m afraid “Break Away” won’t fullfill this expectations. The bottom line is that “Break Away” has been written and produced by GRAND ILLUSION mastermind Anders Rydholm and it simply means that this could be another album from the Swedes with a different singer. Don’t get me wrong, “BA” is a first class melodic rock release, but it can’t match the high expectations.

Steve Overland is back!! a legend in his own lifetime. Is there anyone out there who is not familiar with his name? He has a history that goes way back into the late seventies, his first major recording was with the band “Wildlife” in 1980. After the demise of “Wildlife” Steve went on to form the cult British melodic rock band “FM”, a band that released many great albums throughout the eighties and nineties and more recently in 2013. Their popularity has always been at the forefront of British Hard Rock.
Steve originally teamed up with Escape Music to provide lead vocals for the Boston Tribute album (ESM 081), singing 'Amanda', one of the album highlights. Steve also teamed up with Steve Morris of “Heartland” fame to record the much acclaimed “Shadowman” albums “Land of the Living” (ESM 099) “Different Angles” (ESM127) “Ghost in the Mirror” (ESM179) Watching Over you (ESM224).
Steve has also fronted two releases by “The Ladder”, which is a dream come true for all fans of FM as the band is an extension of the great FM themselves. “Future Miracles” (ESM109) was welcome by fans old and new and it was hailed by many as the best album of 2004. More recently “Sacred” (ESM149) is an album that hones the identity of “The Ladder”.
Steve’s first solo album “Break Away” (ESM170) had fans divided as it was so much different from his work with FM, but many grew to love it as it was something different from the norm. Steve gave us a more classic approach to melodic rock with “Diamond Dealer” (ESM198), with great songs that have feeling and depth. It’s now time for one of the finest starts to 2014 you could possible want to wish for, the album “Epic” which is the brand new release from this famous vocalist. With Mike Slamer and Billy Greer of Kansas involved in the proceedings then we are in for a big big album. “Radio Radio” is one of the most radio-friendly tracks you could ever wish to hear and so easy on the ears. Rockers abound with “If Looks Could Kill”, “Rags to Riches” and the awesome “Down comes the night”. It’s the quality of the songs and musicianship on this album that makes it so special and credit to Christian Wolff (Rob Moratti) who has also made this album so remarkable with his great guitar playing and song writing.

At the time of this stunning show in 1986, Osbourne was experiencing a resurgence in his career with the release of 1983''''s "Bark at the Moon" and 1986''''s "The Ultimate Sin". The former record had been co-written with Bob Daisley and featured Don Airey of Rainbow and famed metal drummer Tommy Aldridge, but it was on the heels of "The Ultimate Sin" release that Osbourne took the stage in Kansas City, Missouri, with new drummer Randy Castillo and bassist Phil Soussan.
Unlike most lead singers who go solo in order to distance themselves artistically from the band they just left, Ozzy remained faithful to the type of music he created with Sabbath: deep, heavy, slow moving rock with lyrical themes cantered around Satan, the Occult, the presence of evil in the world, and drug use (just listen to the track here, ‘Flying High Again’). Although it must be noted that many of Ozzy’s lyrics, both now and then, should be taken with tongue firmly embedded in cheek.
After a long intro, Ozzy launches into ‘Bark At The Moon’, followed by the controversial ‘Suicide Solution’. The set-list balances lesser-known Osbourne songs such as ‘Never Know Why’, ‘I Don''''t Know’, ‘Thank God For The Bomb’ and ‘Killer Of Giants’, with his bigger radio hits, among them ‘Mr. Crowley’, ‘Shot In The Dark’ and ‘Crazy Train’. He closes with a couple of Sabbath classics: ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Paranoid’. Osbourne would continue with a number of solo albums and tours before finally reuniting the original Black Sabbath in 1997.
Previously unreleased on vinyl, this dynamic and powerful recording was broadcast live at the time of the performance, but only now is it available on vinyl for the first time.

Ordinary Man
Ordinary Man is the twelfth studio album by English heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne. The album has a street date 02/21/2020, with its ten-year gap being the longest between two albums from Osbourne to date. The first single off the album titled "Under the Graveyard" was released on 8 November 2019. Some of the announced features include longtime guitarist Zakk Wylde, Slash & Duff McKagan (GNR), Chad Smith of the RHCP, and Post Malone guitarist / producer Andrew Watt.
After Black Sabbath concluded their farewell tour, Osbourne kept working on new material. In September 2019, he released "Take What You Want", a featured single on Post Malone''''s third album Hollywood''''s Bleeding, which went on to become his first Billboard Hot 100 top 10 in over 30 years, thus making it the longest gap between top 10 appearances in the chart''''s history.
It was revealed that Osbourne had worked with Guns N'''' Roses bassist Duff McKagan, and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith on the album. Speaking about the recording, he commented that the entire album process is done "in just a short time", adding "Duff and Chad came in and we would go in and jam during the day and I would go work out the songs in the evenings.
