Even though I am a fan of “Owner Of A Lonely Heart” I never really got into YES. So I am surprised that I really dig “Fly From Here”. Fronted by new singer Benoit David and with help from producer Trevor Horn the band recorded an album of which core and highlight is the more than 20 minute long title track. The song is based on an idea the band already demoed in 1980 for their “Drama” album. Further recommendations are “The Man You Always Wanted Me To Be”, “Life On A Filmset” and “Into The Storm”.
