Quick Check
For $1.00 you can send a personal check and it will be processed as a money order eliminating the 10-day check hold. You must specify in your order that you are including $1.00 for this service and must also include your phone number. The $1.00 charge for this service in non-refundable.
If your check does not clear, the order will be canceled.

NOTE - Back order items are not charged to your credit card until they become available. Any item not shipped with an order will not be charged until it is available to ship.

If you are looking for an item not listed in our catalog, we will try to special order it. (there is no extra charge for special orders)
Pricing Fluctuation
We try to keep our pricing consistent. Due to fluctuations in the International value of the dollar, pricing may periodically change.
U.S. CDs
Because impulse has opened a retail store, we now carry ALL rock and metal U.S. cds as well as imports. We will also special order any U.S. cd if we do not already have it.

RATES
Orders are shipped first class u.s. mail. Shipping costs are $4 for the first Item and .50 for each additional item (these shipping rates include Canada).
Foreign order shipping rates are $5 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.
LOST PACKAGES
Impulse is only responsible for lost packages that you specify to be insured or registered. Call for rates.
We are not responsible for uninsured lost packages.

DEFECTS
We guarantee against manufacturer defects. If an item is unplayable or damaged, we will exchange it for the same title. Please call us to authorize the return.
